Vesteria has always been a game built around discovery.

From rare drops and hidden equipment effects to class builds, ability variants, guilds, and long-running community knowledge, there is a lot to learn, share, and discuss. For years, much of that knowledge has lived across scattered conversations, Discord messages, player notes, and community memory.

Today, we are excited to begin testing something new: the Vesteria Community Forum and the Vesteria Database.

Together, these two new tools are designed to give players a durable, public, and searchable place to explore Vesteria, talk about Vesteria, and build shared knowledge around the game.

A New Home for Vesteria Conversations

The new Vesteria Community Forum gives players a dedicated place to have long-term conversations about the game.

Unlike fast-moving chat platforms, forum discussions are public, searchable, and easier to revisit over time. This makes the forum a better home for guides, feedback, build discussions, bug reports, trading conversations, theorycrafting, and anything else that benefits from being organized and discoverable.

The forum is also connected directly to your Vesteria identity. Players sign in using their Roblox account through Roblox OAuth, and forum profiles sync with in-game Vesteria profiles. This allows details like your playtime and guild affiliation to appear on your profile and posts, making your Vesteria identity more connected than ever.

A New Source of Truth for Items and Abilities

Alongside the forum, we are also launching a test pilot for the new Vesteria Database.

The database is designed to become a new source of truth for information about every item and ability in the game. Players can browse items, abilities, and ability variants in a structured way, making it easier to understand what exists in Vesteria, what different things do, and how they can be obtained.

This is especially important because Vesteria's ability system is much deeper than it may first appear.

When a new player joins Vesteria, they start with the Adventurer ability book, which contains three abilities by default. But that is only the beginning. There are actually 21 Adventurer book abilities that can be obtained through various equipment in the game.

And beyond the base abilities themselves, many abilities also have unique variations that can be unlocked through items and character kits.

For example, Rock Throw can transform into several different variations depending on your setup, including Fish Throw, Spear Throw, and even Fish Spear Throw.

These kinds of interactions are part of what makes Vesteria special. The database gives players a new way to browse, understand, and explore all of these possibilities in one place.

Database Pages With Built-In Discussion

What makes this test pilot especially exciting is that the forum and database are not separate systems. They work together.

Every database page can have its own structured discussion through the forum. That means players can comment on specific items, abilities, and ability variants directly from the database.

Instead of the database being something players only read, it becomes something players can actively engage with.

Have a question about an item? Want to discuss how an ability variant works? Found a useful interaction? Want to compare builds around a specific page? The connected forum system gives each database entry a natural place for that conversation to happen.

This is a major step toward making Vesteria's knowledge more organized, more accessible, and more community-driven.

Initial Test Pilot Access

For the initial pilot, forum posting is limited to VIP players who own the Testing Realm gamepass.

This limited rollout will help us test the system, gather feedback, and make improvements before expanding access. Our plan is to eventually roll the forum out to more verified Vesteria players over time.

Even during this pilot phase, the goal is clear: create a better long-term home for Vesteria's community knowledge, conversations, and identity.

Thank you to everyone helping us test this new chapter for Vesteria. We are excited to see what players discover, discuss, and build together.
